Recently, a New York judge looked at the issue of vaping versus smoking. A man, Shawn Thomas, was given a citation for vaping on a non-smoking subway. He did not agree that he should be penalized for using an e-cig. His reason? The definition of smoking is the use of fire and tobacco. An e-cig uses neither. So, he took his citation to court.
The judge agreed with him, and decided to rule in his favor. Friends, this is a great victory for the e-cig community. Let’s keep this train rolling. The fight for regulation gains more momentum because of this. Let’s ride the wave.
