Returns Policy
Lazarus Adventures has taken pride in the design of our Czar Nicotine Tubes. The packaging is designed to provide the longest shelf life. Our partnership with our vendors has always been with the best in class. Swiss nicotine is the finest processes from natural tobacco and with unparalleled purity.
Because nicotine is natural, it is subject to natural processes such as heat. High heat will denature the nicotine and/or cause significant spoilage. Once the product leaves our facility, we lose control of the environment in which it is stored or transported. We insist upon excellence and because we cannot verify the quality once the product has left our warehouse, we cannot authorize the return of the product.
We will replace any product that is found to leak, has deformed packaging or is different from what you have ordered.
You should expect to receive your product within four weeks of the approved replacement. However, in many cases you will receive the product more quickly. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
